Here's an example of a timesheet, showing how you enter time against project tasks: Project tasks which have been allocated to you (or your skills) are added to the timesheet automatically. You may be allowed to add further tasks and project overheads (non-scheduled project activities such as meetings, travelling time, etc.) If permitted, you can also create completely new tasks for some projects. Entry of task progress is optional. Other areas of the timesheet can allow entry of non-project time (for example, administrative duties, training given and received, management meetings, etc.), planned absences such as holidays, and expenses. If you're using 4c's document management facilities, documents can be issued via the timesheet. Go Back |
