Project Summary
 

You can display and print summaries of estimated and actual Labour hours and costs (rolled up from the individual tasks in the project, plus any "overheads" - unplanned tasks such as meetings), together with totals for Disbursements, Sub-contracts/materials, and any Fees charged:

All this information is totalled to show margins (if any), as well as information on invoicing and work in progress (WIP):

Budget amounts are those which were current at the selected baseline or project freeze.

Forecasts are current estimates (which may be shown as what is "remaining" or the total of "remaining plus actual"), and Actuals are times, costs and charges that have been booked (both automatically via the timesheets or by completion of linked milestones, and manually).
