Project Evaluation: Prioritised Project List
 

Having evaluated your projects, 4c can produce a prioritised list of projects based on the project scores:

Project evaluation criteria, project prioritisation, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), evaluate projects, project scores

The columns shown in the list, and the sorting order for the projects, are fully customisable.  For example, you can choose to see the scores for all the evaluation criteria or only some of them. 

You can also choose whether or not to show the traffic lights.

The printed report can show the responses to questions and/or the scores.
