Project Evaluation Scores

Part of portfolio management is deciding which projects should be included in the portfolio, on the basis of the extent to which they are aligned to the overall business strategy.  The first step is project evaluation, to assign each project a score.

As you evaluate your project, 4c displays the score for each set of evaluation criteria.  This is what the person completing the evaluation sees:

The number of scoring criteria and their descriptions, the questions and methods of entering the responses, the scores and weightings, and the colours of the traffic lights, are all fully configurable.
