Detailed planning of engineering projects is made easy with 4c.

Use Templates to rapidly build the basic project plan, then fine-tune it to match the specific requirement.

4c has all the standard project management tools - gantt charts (barcharts) , network plots (PERT charts), task and resource scheduling, labour cost calculation.

You can include other costs using 4c's sub-contracts, materials and disbursements facilities, and generate the necessary Purchase Orders.

Monitor progress against plan using the integrated timesheets: 4c's portfolio and programme management capabilities will highlight projects that are going over time and/or cost budget.
