Management and Executive Dashboards

4c Dashboards provide configurable interactive views of your key management data at the click of a button, with full drill-down capability.

• Project managers can see how their own projects are progressing

• Resource managers can review resource allocations

• Programme/portfolio managers can examine programme data and project evaluations

• Executives can view multiple charts and tables

User-Configurable

Each user can configure their own dashboard - no technical knowledge is needed. (Or the System Administrator can create dashboard layouts for individual users.)

Standard Views

The displays you can add to your dashboard, either singly or on multiple layouts, include:

• programme breakdown - real or virtual

• programme spreadsheets e.g. showing financial data

• programme barcharts (gantt charts)

• resource histograms

• resource utilisation pie charts

• project or resource list reports

• prioritised project lists and evaluation charts (bubble charts)

• task update window ("to do lists")

All these displays are already available in various parts of the system, but adding them to your dashboard makes them immediately accessible. All the user-configurable options are available in the dashboard versions, including selection criteria to filter the data shown - so you can quickly see where the problem areas are and drill down into the detail.

Interactive

All the charts and reports you can add to your dashboard are fully interactive, e.g. you can double-click on a project name or reference to drill down into its detail.

Automatic Display on Starting 4c

You can choose one of your dashboard layouts to be displayed as soon as you start 4c.
