Implementation Consultancy

We offer a complete implementation service, starting from defining the configuration of the system, through management of the implementation project (including any software development work being done) to "go live" - and beyond.

We start with a detailed consultation on how you want to run your 4c system, by working through our Implementation Pack.  This helps us decide how your system should be configured.  A project plan is drawn up (using 4c of course!) so that you can see what should happen and when.

Your Implementation Consultant will show you how to set up and manage your system, analyse training needs for you and your staff, design and conduct the training, produce training documentation, and be with you every step of the way.

Once your system is "live", regular Health Check visits ensure that you are kept up-to-date with new developments and that you continue to gain the maximum benefit from your investment.
